Jan Marini is the founder of Jan Marini Skin Research, a powerhouse entrepreneur and one of the most respected names in professional skin care. JMSR was founded by Jan in 1994, nearly 30 years ago! Jan has been involved in the industry for over 30 years having originally founded the professionally dispensed market with the global success MD Formulations & MD Forte. After that business was sold she created JMSR a successful clinical skincare range that is delivering results to customers around the world.

Jan is a true inspiration, when she enters a room and speaks there isn’t one person in the room who isn’t paying attention. Her knowledge and experience in this space is second to none, her true passion is skincare and creating innovative solutions to common skin concerns and it shines through in every interview, podcast and interaction.

Jan remains the Chairman of JMSR and her involvement has ensured that the company goes from strength to strength. At a time where many brands are being sold off to big Pharma, Jan has held her ground and her ownership of the company. Whilst her leadership and knowledge is impressive in itself, it is also the wider team she has built around her that has helped the company grow and succeed in what is now a saturated market.

Jan has formed associations with some of the world’s leading physicians and research scientists, the company boasts a host of technological firsts and has been awarded numerous patents. This is uncommon for brands in the industry but Jan and her team continue to move the needle. In 2019 Jan was recognized as one of the top 20 Innovators in the Aesthetic space by NewBeauty Magazine – a nod to her impressive and relentless drive to create cutting edge solutions for her customers.
