Shipping & Returns


No freight charge applies and we ship to all valid postal addresses within Australia, including PO boxes. We use Express Post by Australia Post for all webstore orders. For B2B and larger orders we use FedEx or local couriers in Melbourne.

When can I expect to receive my JMSR package?

All webstore purchases are sent Express Post. There is no charge for shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Do you accept returns?

If you have received a product in error, or the product is faulty, we will replace your product and provide for any postage charges incurred by you in returning your product to us. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). How do I place a return? If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Product returns must be unused and in good condition. Products will not be exchanged for change of mind. All returns must be advised within 14 days.

I purchased a product via a JMSR authorised stockist, can I return it to you?

If you have any concerns with your purchase please get in touch with the clinic you purchased from and they will assist further.

Can you help with a product I bought from an unauthorised website?

We are only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on and through authorized stockists and clinic partners.

We are not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through our website or one of our Authorised Stockists.
