JMSR Australia Shipping and Returns


Shipping

No freight charge applies and we ship to all valid postal addresses within Australia, including PO boxes. Our shipping service is Express Post.

When can I expect to receive my JMSR package?

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Jan Marini Australia ships to Australian addresses only.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

 

Of course! If you have received a product in error, or the product is faulty, we will replace it and provide for any postage charges incurred by you.

 

You can expect to receive your replacement within two weeks of shipping your return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes to ship your replacement product (2 to 4 business days). Unfortunately we are unable to control shipping delays when they occur.

How do I arrange a return?

If you need to return an item, simply email info@janmariniaustralia.com.au with your order number and reason for return, or text us via the "Text Us" button on the website.

 

We'll notify you of your replacement / refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

If you've ordered something in error, product returns must be unused and in good condition.

 

Products can't be exchanged for change of mind if the product has been opened or damaged.

 

All returns must be advised within 14 days.
